1. The short version
- New paid subscriptions include a 14-day trial — cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
- Already paid for a monthly plan and unhappy? Email hello@loopmade.io within 14 days of the charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Annual plans are pro-rated to the unused months on request.
- Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. 14-day trial
New paid plans include a 14-day trial. We collect your card up front so the embed keeps working without interruption when the trial ends, but you are not charged until day 15. You can cancel any time during the trial from your admin panel and pay nothing.
3. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are charged for a monthly LoopMade plan and the Service does not meet your needs, email hello@loopmade.io within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund of that most-recent monthly charge. We may ask one quick question about what missed the mark — feedback is the only string attached.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed up front for twelve (12) months at a discount. If you cancel mid-term, we will refund the unused whole months on the annual rate. For example, if you cancel seven months in, we refund five months at 1/12 of the annual price each. Email hello@loopmade.io to start a pro-rated refund.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Admin → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges and your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate or refund the partial month unless you also request a satisfaction-guarantee refund (see Section 3) or fall within the annual-cancellation window (Section 4).
6. Service outages
If the Service is materially unavailable for more than eight (8) consecutive hours during a billing period (excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance, and outages caused by force majeure or your own configuration), we will issue a service credit equal to one day's pro-rated subscription per affected day on request. The remedy is a credit toward a future invoice unless you have cancelled, in which case we will issue a refund.
7. What we don't refund
- Past months beyond the 14-day satisfaction window. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous charges.
- Add-ons we explicitly mark non-refundable (e.g. usage-based overage charges that you have already consumed).
- Third-party fees charged by Stripe, your email service provider, or other integrations. Those charges are governed by the third party's own policy.
- Workspaces terminated for material breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, fraud).
8. How to request a refund
Email hello@loopmade.io with the subject line Refund request and include:
- The email address on your LoopMade account.
- The Stripe invoice number (if available).
- One sentence about which plan and why.
We aim to acknowledge within one business day and process approved refunds within five (5) business days. The refund appears on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
